RVA is my hometown, so this canvas remains close to my heart!  The colorful buildings have been painted in some of the local city and state school colors, and also visible are the Virginia State Capitol building, the Clock Tower--a well-known landmark, and the James River Railway Bridge with a kayaker on the river.  The Flowering Dogwood, Virginia's state flower, is the backdrop for the city skyline.
